Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Gymnastics Coach to join our team and lead gymnastics classes for individuals of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports coaching and educating gymnasts on proper techniques and skills. Duties - Plan and deliver gymnastics lessons that cater to different age groups and skill levels - Instruct gymnasts on fundamental techniques, routines, and safety procedures - Provide individualized feedback and guidance to help gymnasts improve their skills - Create a positive and supportive training environment to motivate gymnasts - Organise and supervise gymnastics competitions, performances, or showcases Skills - Strong background in sports coaching with a focus on gymnastics - Ability to educate and communicate effectively with gymnasts of varying ages - Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with gymnasts and parents - Knowledge of gymnastics rules, regulations, and safety protocols - Qualifications in gymnastics coaching or related field are desirable
