Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for a group or learning the skills to be able to run a group independently. Assist where needed.

Duties

Teach fundamental gymnastics techniques following session plans. Provide constructive feedback to athletes to help them improve their performance. Monitor the progress of each gymnast and adjust training methods as necessary. Encourage teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among all participants. Maintain a clean and safe training environment by ensuring equipment is properly stored and maintained. Holiday camp work, birthday parties.

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably in gymnastics or related disciplines - desired. Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. First Aid certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided. A positive attitude with excellent motivational skills to inspire athletes of all ages.
