Company Overview

Flying Ducks Trampoline Club is a small, family-run gymnastics and trampolie club dedicated to providing enjoyable and inclusive gymnastics lessons for children of all abilities.

Summary

We are looking for gymnastics and trampoline coaches to join our team. We are happy to provide both internal and external training meaning that as long as you have experience working with children and some experience doing gymnastics (we are very happy if this is recreational) we would love to hear from you.

Our Ethos

At the center of our ethos is running a low coach to student ratio (we aim to run lessons with a 4:1 ratio). We believe that at this ratio the coach can tailor the lesson they are delivering to each child in their group. We are also really proud of our record of providing inclusive lessons in part because of this low ratio.

We are at heart a recreational club. However we believe that it is important to offer children the experience of both internal and external competitions. We hold 6 events a year and aim to encourage children to come and take part. However for children who don't feel ready to compete in front of an audience we also offer the option of filming their entry in lessons.

In terms of coaching we believe in trusting our coaches to know their groups and their coaching style. We have an award scheme and ask coaches to be aiming to teach the overarching moves however aim to give them the freedom to decide how they do this.

Pay: Up to 16.00 per hour
