We're launching an exciting new gymnastics club in the

Tattershall/Coningsby

area and are looking for

qualified gymnastics coaches

to join us as we grow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new and rewarding from the very beginning.

About the Role:



Coach recreational gymnastics classes for a variety of ages and abilities. Adapt your coaching style to suit individual gymnast needs. Work in a positive, high-energy environment with a strong focus on child development and fun.

Training & Onboarding:



Initial training for this role will take place at our

Boston Gymnastics Centre

. The

training period is fully paid

and will last a minimum of

3 months

, depending on your experience and qualifications. You'll be fully supported throughout this period as you become familiar with our systems, structure, and coaching approach.

Hours:



Evenings and weekends

Part-time

: 3-9 hours per week More hours will become available in the future.

Pay:



From

12.21 per hour

, depending on qualifications and experience.

What We're Looking For:

who is supportive, encouraging, and keen to grow with the club. Someone who brings positivity and professionalism to every session.

Essential Requirements:



Minimum

Level 1 Coaching Qualification or equivalent

(British Gymnastics or IGA - GFA or WAG). DBS check (can be arranged by us). Safeguarding certificate (can be provided).

Desirable (but not essential):



First Aid certificate (can be provided if not already held).

Skills Required:



Encouraging and supportive coaching style

- able to build confidence and motivate gymnasts of all ages.

Strong technical knowledge of gymnastics

appropriate to your qualification level (e.g., GFA or WAG).

Ability to effectively progress gymnasts

, helping them develop skills safely and confidently.

Competence in physically supporting gymnastics skills

where needed, ensuring safety and correct technique.
