We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing participants of all ages and skill levels in gymnastics, promoting safety, and fostering a positive environment that encourages growth and confidence. Responsibilities

Deliver engaging gymnastics coaching sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels Ensure all activities are conducted safely, adhering to health and safety regulations Provide personalised feedback and encouragement to help participants improve their techniques and confidence Organise warm-up exercises, drills, and routines suitable for each session Monitor participant progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and development Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and enjoyment of the sport Assist with organising gymnastics events, competitions, or showcases as required Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is clean, safe, and well-organised

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in gymnastics or similar disciplines Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of varying ages and abilities Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and provide constructive feedback Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to gymnastics training environments Ability to work flexibly, including evenings or weekends if necessary. Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are desirable but not essential; enthusiasm for ongoing professional development is encouraged

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.95 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
