We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing participants of various ages and skill levels, fostering a positive environment that encourages growth, confidence, and enjoyment in gymnastics. Duties

Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to different age groups and ability levels Demonstrate proper techniques and safety procedures for all gymnastic movements and equipment use Monitor participants' progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement Ensure all training areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times Support participants in achieving their personal goals and developing new skills Maintain accurate attendance records and report on participant progress as required Assist with organising competitions or showcases to showcase participant achievements

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly gymnastics or similar disciplines Strong teaching abilities with the capacity to motivate and engage learners of diverse ages and backgrounds Excellent communication skills to clearly demonstrate techniques and provide constructive feedback Organisational skills to plan sessions effectively. Ability to promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety standards Enthusiasm for promoting physical activity and fostering a positive sporting atmosphere Flexibility to adapt coaching styles based on individual needs and skill levels
