Are you passionate about gymnastics and keen to inspire the next generation of athletes? Surbiton High School is seeking a dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our thriving Gymnastics Programme. With a strong track record of national titles and international representation, our programme offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for both pupils and coaches.

As a key member of our team, you'll work with pupils across the Girls' Preparatory School and Senior School, coaching a range of abilities from beginners to advanced level. You'll play an active role in delivering engaging sessions, supporting events, and helping pupils develop their skills and confidence in gymnastics.

What We're Looking For:



We're looking for someone who: Has experience coaching young people and a passion for gymnastics Is confident, creative, and able to manage a large squad with varying abilities Has excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills Can work flexibly and collaboratively within a team

Essential Qualifications & Experience:



British Gymnastics Level 2 Coaching qualification (or working towards) Experience coaching or participating at a high level A proven track record of training success with young people

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver gymnastics coaching across various age groups and skill levels Ensure equipment and facilities are safe and ready for use Support pupils during training and events Assist with the day-to-day running of the Gymnastics Programme Lead on planning, organising, and running of the pre-squad programme at the Girls' Preparatory School, as a feeder into the Senior School
