We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring young athletes to develop their skills and confidence in gymnastics. Duties
Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels
Demonstrate proper techniques and safety procedures during all activities
Provide personalised feedback and encouragement to optimise athlete performance
Monitor participants' progress and maintain accurate records of achievements and areas for improvement
Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork, discipline, and enjoyment of the sport
Assist with organising competitions, exhibitions, and special events as required
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the training area and equipment
Experience
Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching, preferably within gymnastics or similar disciplines
Strong understanding of gymnastics techniques, safety standards, and coaching methodologies
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages
Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential; training can be provided for suitable candidates
Passionate about sports education with a commitment to fostering a safe and encouraging environment for learners
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: 30.00-35.00 per hour
