to lead after and before school clubs in the Luton and Dunstable area!

With extensive experience as one of the UK's leading sports and dance coaching organisations, we see the children we work with blossom into confident, healthy and aspiring individuals.

Why This Role?

This is more than just a job--it's a chance to inspire the next generation of gymnasts! You'll be leading our before and/or after-school gymnastics club during term time and would be needed between 7.30am and 9am and/or 3pm and 4.30pm. Plus, if you're eager for more, there are opportunities to coach other sports throughout the week, giving you additional work options. We will also be growing the number of gymnastic clubs that we will be running. There is also the potential for more work during school holidays when we run our holiday clubs.

Who We're Looking For:

You'll ideally have a Level 2 gymnastics coaching qualification.

What You Need:

A passion for gymnastics and working with kids. Reliability, punctuality, and enthusiasm.
Joining us, you will provide high-quality one-to-one coaching and group support, using your energy and enthusiasm to encourage children to take up the fun and enrichment of sport. This role is perfect if you are an experienced coach or someone looking to grow your experience in a Primary School setting. As an organisation known for the quality of our coaching, we look after our coaches, whose individual success is fundamental to our business.

Your key responsibilities

:

Support and coordinate the delivery of gymnastics coaching sessions in Primary Schools. Reinforce learning and behaviour routines while providing a fun and safe learning environment. Provide excellent customer service to both schools and parents.

Essential requirements

:

Level 2 Coaching Certificate. An enhanced DBS check. Full driving licence and vehicle. Creativity and imagination.
Ideally you will be confident managing groups, with a friendly and approachable 'can do' attitude. A knowledge of Safeguarding and safe practice would be desirable.

We also will be able to offer you on-the-job training and ongoing qualifications to help you further your career and enhance your coaching knowledge. Over the years we have employed many inexperienced sports coaches and given them a variety of sports qualifications and coaching knowledge, which has enabled them to fulfil their goal of becoming teachers and attaining places on competitive PGCE Physical Education courses.
