Responsibilities:
- Provide gymnastics coaching to various ages and skill levels
- Create a safe, supportive and fun environment for gymnasts to learn and grow
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive training program
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sports coaching, in gymnastics Level 1 or above
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and safety procedures
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate techniques to athletes
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards coaching
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check will be required
