Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with a focus on developing the skills of gymnasts at various levels. This role involves creating a positive and encouraging environment for gymnast fostering their growth and confidence in the sport.

Responsibilities

Design and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual gymnasts and teams. Instruct gymnast in various gymnastics techniques, ensuring proper form and safety protocols are followed. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to help gymnasts improve their skills. Organise and lead practice sessions, ensuring that all gymnast are engaged and motivated. Prepare gymnasts for competitions by developing routines and strategies for performance. Maintain a safe training environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaching staff regarding progress, goals, and any concerns.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics or related disciplines. Strong teaching skills with the ability to convey complex techniques in an understandable manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes of all ages. A passion for gymnastics and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
