HiTide Gymnastics Club is looking for a passionate coach who values a flexible work schedule and a healthy work/life balance. We are hiring for an September 2025 start.

We require a committed coach who could run high-quality after-school classes in a Kensington School, 3.30pm - 5pm every Wednesday afternoon, at 100 for the session.

Once we feel you are committed to the school, there will be the opportunity to run others.

We look for someone with longevity in working for us, who can be trusted to perform to the high standard of our growing reputation. Our high pay rate is reflective of this.

Job description

You will be responsible for the delivery of safe, fun, stimulating and educational after-school and lunchtime gymnastics lessons.

You will be responsible for your own time keeping, safety, presentation and attendance

Ensure all the necessary qualifications are renewed To act in accordance and actively promote HiTide policies and standards To provide fun and engaging lessons for our gymnasts
You will be qualified in gymnastics coaching and/or wish to start coaching as a full time profession.

You will be confident in managing a group of children safely and be able to keep the children in your class engaged at all times. You will be trusted to run lessons on your own. Making lesson plans adaptable to the child's ability will be paramount.
