Gymnastics & Play Leaders - Part Time

Location: Dorset- Wimborne, Merley, Poole and the surrounding areas

About the Role

360 Sports Coaching Dorset are on the hunt for a

qualified Gymnastics Coach

to deliver fun, engaging and structured after-school clubs in local primary schools.

This role is perfect for an experienced gymnastics coach looking for reliable, well-paid part-time work in a school setting, with opportunities for additional hours across our wider sports and play programmes.

Sessions typically run

between 3:00pm - 4:30pm during term time

Minimum commitment of

1 club per week

, with potential for more.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and deliver high-quality gymnastics sessions for primary school children. Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment. Deliver structured, progressive sessions that build confidence and skills. Manage groups effectively and promote positive behaviour. Work independently in schools and represent 360 Dorset professionally. Uphold safeguarding, child protection and company standards at all times.
Essential Requirements (must have)

Level 2 Gymnastics Qualification

(or equivalent recognised UK qualification)

(essential)

Paediatric First Aid Certificate (desirable)

Level 2 Safeguarding Certificate (desirable)

Experience working with children in a school or coaching environment

(desirable)

We Will Provide

Enhanced DBS check

(processed through us). Ongoing support and safeguarding guidance.
What We Offer

15-20 per hour (above industry average).

Guaranteed minimum of

1 after-school club per week.

Do you have access to a car and the ability to drive to different schools? The locations are based around Poole, Wimborne, Corfe Mullen etc. Are you willing to travel to these locations for the work required? Do you hold a current Level 2 Gymnastics qualification (or equivalent UK-recognised qualification)? Are you available to work between the hours of 3-4.30pm, Monday to Friday?
