Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PRE SCHOOL Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the art of gymnastics. This role involves working with gymnasts of various skill levels, fostering their development, and ensuring a safe and supportive training environment. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MORNINGS

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual gymnasts. Teach fundamental gymnastics skills, techniques, and routines in a structured manner. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help athletes improve their performance. Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing proper techniques and safety protocols. Organise and lead practice sessions, competitions, and events. Monitor the progress of gymnasts and adjust training plans as necessary. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaching staff regarding performance and development. Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe training environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics or related disciplines. Min Level 2 Gymnastics qualification. Strong ability to educate and inspire young athletes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently. First Aid certification is desirable but not mandatory; willingness to obtain it is essential. A genuine passion for gymnastics and youth development. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
