Overview

We are a non-competitive dance school seeking a passionate and confident Dance, Acro & Cheer/Pom Coach to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance and acro, with the ability to teach and inspire students of all ages and levels.

We've been established for 17 years and operate across three Glasgow locations. This is a paid position with room to grow as our school continues to expand.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Acro, Dance, or a related discipline Experience in Acro and Dance instruction (Cheer/Pom experience beneficial but not essential) Level 1 Gymnastics or Acro qualification (or willingness to work towards it) PVG membership (or able to obtain one) A car is desirable but not essential Strong teaching and communication skills Confident, enthusiastic, patient, and motivating Organised with good lesson-planning ability Able to inspire students while maintaining a positive and encouraging class environment Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as required

Job Types:

Part time (permanent)

Days & Times Required:

Thursdays - Cambuslang: Gymnastics /Acro (4:15-8:45pm)

Saturdays - Queens Park (9am-12:30pm): Acro, Cheer & Pom Dance (Then onto Parkhead for further Acro classes)

Hours may vary, and additional opportunities will become available.

Hours & Salary:

Between 10-15hrs per week 15.00 per hour (wage will reflect experience and qualifications) Some of these hours may be paid at an admin rate also
