We're looking for our very first Hair Director; a stylist with vision, heart, and ambition who's ready to take the next step. This isn't your typical salon job. You'll have your own space, your own team, and your own direction, but without the stress, overheads, or risk of going solo. You'll still run your chair and do what you love every day, while shaping the future of the hair department and influencing how the next generation of stylists grow.

What You'll Do

- Create incredible hair and unforgettable client experiences
- Build and grow your own mini-salon within The Style Studio
- Shape the vision, culture, and creative direction of the hair team
- Welcome and mentor other stylists who join the collective
- Collaborate with the management team on marketing, events, and creative ideas
- Bring your creativity, your values, and your energy - and make it your own

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a stylist
- A loyal client base (or the drive to build one fast)

Pay: 60,000.00-80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
