What you'll do

Provide expert hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to each client's needs. Utilize advanced techniques such as Balayage & colour corrections, cutting to create stunning looks. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and utilizing salon software like Fresha Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members to foster a collaborative atmosphere. Promote retail products through effective upselling techniques while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair care, makeup application, and nail care to provide clients with fresh ideas.

Basic qualifications

Valid Level 2 Qualification Level 3/4 is Ideal Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances customer interactions.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with salon software systems like Fresha Knowledge of retail math to assist in sales tracking and inventory management. Familiarity with sanitation practices in a salon setting. Background in customer service and retail sales to enhance client experiences.
