Duties
Provide high-quality technical services to clients, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Mentor junior technicians and assist in their professional development.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best service possible.
Requirements
Proven experience in a technical role, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in barbering, eyelash extensions, or makeup application is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in store management or mentoring roles is a plus.
