Hair Stylists Required (All levels)

Baykar London Hairdressing first opened its doors in 2014. We are a small but thriving Hair Salon in London NW6. The salon is a sociable, customer-centric and rewarding environment, and our goal is continued excellence and 100% client satisfaction. Having recently refurbished to a high standard we are now looking for enthusiastic and talented hair stylists to join the team.

We are looking for people who can work unsupervised and who are used to working towards hitting and exceeding targets.

As a hair stylist at Baykar London you will be providing services to clients as follows:

Cutting and blow-drying hair Highlighting Balayage, Ombre, Colouring etc. Keratin Treatments Advising clients on professional home care products All other services normally associated with a busy hairdressing salon
The people we are looking for will:

Junior Stylist:

Be fully qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing

Stylist:

Be fully qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing Have at least 2 years hair stylist (not including any Junior hair stylist roles) in a busy salon environment

Senior Stylist:

Be fully qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing Have at least 5 years hair stylist (not including any Junior hair stylist roles) in a busy salon environment

All:

Be well presented and have good communication skills Effectively consult with clients to ensure the best outcomes Have a real desire to be part of the team and grow with us Be able to visualise the end result and be willing to look outside the box to achieve it Be available to work 40 hours per week in a shift pattern which will include some weekends and some late nights Be able to position and sell retail products Cross promote the other services we offer in the salon Keep up to date on latest trends and styles
You will also be expected to take photographs and videos of your work, and that of your colleagues if you are free, to enable us to use the content on our social media platforms.
