We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while helping clients achieve their desired looks. This role also involves front desk responsibilities, ensuring a smooth operation within the salon environment.

Duties

Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide expert advice on hair care products and styles. Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon atmosphere and exceptional customer experience.

Skills

Proficient in barbering techniques and hairdressing skills with relevant qualifications. (Barbering not required) Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring all clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining integrity in recommendations. Experience in front desk operations. Knowledge of current trends in hairstyling.
