What You'll Do:

Ensure the operating theatre and surgical trolleys are impeccably prepared. Provide crucial assistance to our surgical team during hair transplant procedures, specifically with FUE graft dissection and implantation. Guide clients through pre and post-operative orientations, handling any complications and performing stitch removals. Support client care through pre and post-operative calls. Manage patient-related administrative tasks efficiently.

What You'll Bring:

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a hair transplant technician. Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken. A high level of professionalism, discretion, and a strong work ethic. Proven capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure all duties are completed promptly. A results-driven approach and adaptability with work hours.
