Responsibilities

Provide professional hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs. Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication. Upsell salon products and services to enhance client experience and boost sales. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques. Mentor junior stylists or apprentices as needed, sharing your expertise to foster their growth within the industry. Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
