The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hairdressing and customer service, with the ability to create stunning hairstyles while providing an exceptional experience for our clients. Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs. Perform additional services such as hair treatments as required. Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon revenue. Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records. Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed advice.

Requirements

Valid hairdressing qualification and relevant certifications. Proven experience in a salon environment with strong customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience in store management is advantageous but not essential. Skills in barbering are a plus but not mandatory. A passion for beauty trends, techniques, and products. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 24,940.00-27,560.00 per year
