Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs Perform barbering services with precision and skill Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer tailored advice Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client check-in Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised

Experience

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment Strong background in customer service with the ability to build rapport with clients Experience in store management is an advantage Proficient in barbering techniques and hair styling trends Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
