CJL Hairstudio have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, skillful and confident stylist to join our team, full or part-time available on a employed basis As a Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Your creativity and expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a welcoming salon environment.

We are a friendly well established village salon based in East Leake with a relaxed atmosphere.

We are a Alfaparf Milano salon and provide their full range of top quality products to work with along with their training to keep us upto date on current and popular trends, techniques and new products.

We feel creativity and customer care go hand in hand. So if you love making people feel and look their best, this is the place for you !

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

-NVQ Level 2 & 3 required (would consider just level 2 if you have at least 3 years experience).

- Salon experience essential.

-To be able to work well in a team and on your own.

-Be able to perform a variety of hair services (cutting, styling and all aspects of colouring.)

-Reliable, customer service abilities, enthusiastic, positive energy and a passion for the industry.

-Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences, offering professional advice on styles and treatments.

-Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good condition.

-Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty through excellent service and communication.

-Manage appointments efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity.
