To be responsible for carrying out in-depth, evidence based assessment, intervention and evaluation of occupational performance needs To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner and work alone as a highly skilled clinician providing guidance within their specialist field To contribute to the MSK Clinical Governance and Quality Agenda when requested by the Clinical Hand Therapy Lead and be responsible for designated areas which may include: risk management, infection control, health and safety, moving and handling, audit research and development, taking a project lead as needed To attend all mandatory and essential to role training as required by the Trust
