We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance skills and be capable of performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires strong communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for maintaining the premises, performing repairs, and assisting with various projects as needed.
Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance and repairs in residential or commercial properties.
Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work as required.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure safety standards are met.
Assist with data entry related to maintenance records and inventory management.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Upsell services or products when appropriate during client interactions.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
Skills
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Multilingual abilities, particularly bilingual in Spanish and English, are highly desirable.
Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with clients.
Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse individuals.
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and identifying maintenance needs.
