What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting our customers with a warm welcome and assisting them in

collecting their new car

, ensuring it's an exciting and memorable moment. Completing all

required documentation and regulatory processes

with accuracy and efficiency. Showcasing each customer's new car, from pointing out its standout features to explaining the controls--ensuring they feel right at home in their new vehicle. Collaborating with our

Preparation Department

to ensure vehicles are ready and in pristine condition ahead of collection day. Providing top-notch support that reflects the

What We're Looking For:

A

and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills--you'll need to explain features clearly and answer any questions customers might have. An eye for detail to ensure every car collection meets our high standards. The ability to work seamlessly with different departments to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
