We have a vacancy for a Handover Specialist, responsible for making sure that the caravans and motorhomes that we sell are clean, problem free and ready for collection. Prior to each handover, you will create a personalised video for the customer, showing them how all elements and components of the product work.
The role is five days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
You will report to the Sales Manager. Ideally we would be looking for someone with experience in the leisure industry, as you will need to be able to understand how a caravan works and how to pass this knowledge onto the customer. If you are new to the industry, but are willing to learn, and have a desire to provide a fantastic customer experience, each and every time, then please do apply.
