We have a vacancy for a Handover Specialist, responsible for making sure that the caravans and motorhomes that we sell are clean, problem free and ready for collection. Prior to each handover, you will create a personalised video for the customer, showing them how all elements and components of the product work.

The role is five days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

You will report to the Sales Manager. Ideally we would be looking for someone with experience in the leisure industry, as you will need to be able to understand how a caravan works and how to pass this knowledge onto the customer. The job role requires:



Willingness to work outside in all weathers

Ability to hook up a caravan, to gas, water and electric, therefore setting the caravan up for the handover video demonstration.

Ability to problem solve, think on your feet and be able to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with their new purchase.

Ability to utilize technology, as you will be required to use the software to make the videos and upload them to the dashboard for the sales team to access.

An outgoing personality, who can impart knowledge in a friendly way, in the videos, which instils confidence in the viewer.

Day to day job expectations:



Checking the quality of the caravan or motorhome to ensure that all product being despatched is valeted inside and outside. This may mean pitching in, in this process, to ensure that the caravan, camper or motorhome is ready for the handover appointment.

Being the last check in the process, to ensure that the caravan or motorhome is well presented and all elements are fully operational.

Working with the Workshop Technicians to address any issues identified, so that the handover runs smoothly, and any issues are resolved prior to the customers handover appointment.

Using software, to create handover videos which are approximately 25 minutes long, showing the customer how to operate all components.

Reviewing the sales orders to ensure that all accessories are fitted and/or supplied within the caravan, in readiness for handover. In cases where the accessories are ordered for the customers, you will be responsible for packing the caravan, camper, or motorhome with these individual items.

Meeting customers at handover, answering any final questions and despatching the caravan within 35 minutes, for each handover.
