We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team and carrying out general maintenance and repairs across our four sites (Cwmbran, Cardiff, Bridgend & Swansea) Bridgend will be the main site as it is the biggest.

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of all sites.

This is a full-time position that comes with a company van, so a driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities: -

Performing basic repairs within/outside of the properties

Perform renovations on the properties where needed.

Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.

Perform basic landscaping, plumbing, painting, and carpentry repairs.

Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.

Respond to maintenance requests from staff.

Collaborate with contractors and other professionals as necessary.

The ideal candidate will need to be responsible, proactive & proficient in using hand and power tools, and have excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role Preferred.

Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and every other Saturday Morning

- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Skills:
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., HVAC, electrical)
- Experience with HVAC systems, electrical wiring, or plumbing repairs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
