Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks around residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. Conduct repairs on fixtures, fittings, and appliances as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Experience

Previous experience working for a small construction company is essential. Proficiency in general building works and decorating. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently. A valid driving licence is essential for travelling between job sites. We will provide a van for work.
