```Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with property managers and tenants to address maintenance concerns

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:
- Carpentry: Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks such as installing shelves, repairing cabinets, or building small structures.
- Plumbing: Knowledge of plumbing systems, ability to fix leaks, replace faucets, or unclog drains.
- Electrical: Basic understanding of electrical systems, ability to replace light fixtures, outlets, or switches.
- Painting: Experience in painting walls, ceilings, or other surfaces.
- Flooring: Familiarity with different types of flooring materials and ability to repair or install flooring.
- Drywall: Skill in patching and repairing drywall.
- HVAC: Basic knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.

Pay: 14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
