Our company is growing organisation this is seeking a reliable and multi-skilled Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our friendly team. You'll be responsible for performing general maintenance and minor repairs across various properties, ensuring our tenants' and service users needs are met efficiently and that repairs are carried out promptly and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance throughout properties Call outs including basic plumbing, electrics, drainage, and general repairs. Replace locks and repair damaged doors to ensure fire compliance. Change flooring. Replace or repair toilets, showers, and waste traps etc Diagnose electrical socket faults and replace them as needed, including replacing electric showers and under-counter water heaters. Repair damage from leaks and do painting as needed. Clean and tidy communal areas and gardens. Cut grass and hedges and keep gardens tidy.

Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance or handyman roles for residential properties and be multi skilled. Basic skills in plumbing, electrics, and general household repairs. Friendly personality with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete routine maintenance and call-out tasks.

Additional Info:

This is a mobile role, requiring you to visit multiple sites daily on call out or identify, address, and prevent maintenance issues. Must be physically fit and able to move furniture and other items when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 35,000.00 per year
