Job Description
We're on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Housing Inspector to join our team, covering properties across the Belfast area.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for completing 25 inspections per day, with all properties grouped in the same local area to keep travel time minimal. A basic inspection sheet will be completed at each visit to log the property condition and any concerns.
In addition to inspections, you'll also be expected to carry out minor repairs, such as:
Changing light bulbs Fitting bath chains Other small, low-level tasks that improve the safety or usability of the property
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out daily inspections on a scheduled route Record findings clearly and accurately on a standard form Complete small repair tasks during the visit where needed Report any larger issues that require further attention Represent the company professionally while visiting tenants or empty properties
What You'll Need:
A hands-on, can-do attitude Good attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently Full UK driving licence is essential
