Handyman/ General Maintenance
Job Description
Grand Hotel Excelsior International Limited is looking to employ a Handyperson to undertake General Maintenance across our properties, someone happy to turn their hand to a multitude of different tasks supporting our team of professional tradespeople. We have a portfolio of properties in the SO32 postcode and are seeking a new team member. An opportunity for the right candidate to be part of the ongoing maintenance team as our preference is to keep all servicing, installation and repairs "in house".
MUST HAVE a current clean driving licence as transport between sites will be necessary in company vehicle.
A few examples of jobs... tiling, painting, wallpaper repairs, fixing handles, fitting locks, changing lightbulbs, hanging pictures, window cleaning, hanging doors... the list is endless.
Must have a cheerful disposition, be guest aware and have good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From 27,372.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
