We are seeking
experienced and reliable tradespeople
to support an excitinghotel refurbishment project
across our properties inLlandudno and Berthlwyd
.We are hiring for the following roles:
Carpenters
- Skilled inrelaying flooring
, fittingfire doors
, and general joinery work.Roofers
- Proficient inretiling roofs
andreplacing battens
.Electricians
- Ideally with knowledge ofaddressable fire alarm systems
.Painters & Decorators
- Experienced in interior and exterior hotel-grade finishes.General Handymen
- Versatile individuals able to assist across various building tasks.Requirements:
Proven experience in your trade. Tools and transportation preferred. Knowledge of hotel safety regulations is a plus (e.g., fire safety, door specs). Must be
reliable, detail-oriented
, and able to deliver quality work on time.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
Schedule:
Day shift Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
