Maintenance 24-7 Ltd are looking for experienced Roofers / Multi-Trade Engineers to join our expanding maintenance team working across London and the South East. We specialise in the maintenance and repair of commercial properties -- including restaurant chains, pub groups, retail outlets, and storage centers -- delivering reliable, high-quality service to some of the UK's best-known brands.

The Role:

You'll carry out a wide range of roofing and multi-trade maintenance tasks on commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have strong roofing experience across different systems and materials, plus a good general skill set across trades such as basic carpentry, guttering, minor plastering, and decorating. Typical duties include roof repairs, installations, and leak detection; working on tile, slate, felt, and liquid-applied roofing systems; cleaning and unblocking gutters, gulleys, and down pipes; temporary roof coverings and emergency repairs; carpentry and timber replacement; patch plastering and making good; minor tiling and painting works; material procurement, digital job reporting, and liaising with our help desk team.

About You:

We're looking for dependable, skilled engineers who take pride in their work and can adapt to different maintenance tasks. You should have a minimum of 4 years' roofing experience (commercial preferred), a solid understanding of Health & Safety and working safely at height, a full clean UK driving licence ), and be comfortable using handheld devices for reporting. You'll also need to be reliable, flexible, and able to work occasional evenings/weekends on rotation. Trade qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds) and experience in pubs, restaurants, or retail properties are desirable but not essential.
