Key Responsibilities:

Able to deliver customers orders (furniture) to all locations in a van and construct in a timely and customer friendly manner. Able to lift heavyweight furniture. Repair and maintain buildings and outside areas. Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently, and adhere to health and safety guidelines; Being resourceful and self-motivated; Being physically strong is preferable - capable of working with moving heavy equipment, etc, as long as it is deemed safe to do so; Inspect buildings and equipment for safety and functionality. Order parts and supplies as needed. Experience of working in a maintenance environment; preferable landscaping. Maintain records of maintenance activities. Follow safety protocols. Picking and packing orders.

You Should Have:

Clear communication skills, ability to multi-task and a good attitude towards problem-solving. Strong team working ability as well as competence to work on your own initiative. A keen eye for detail. A background in a trade (Preferable) Confidence to tackle all issues likely to arise in the upkeep of a building and work environment
