Responsibilities

Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper irrigation techniques are applied. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete various landscaping projects. Work with a Landscaper in hardscape installations, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls to enhance outdoor environments. Conduct tree care activities such as tree trimming and removal to promote healthy growth and safety. Collaborate with team members on construction projects, utilizing mechanical knowledge for equipment operation. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing. Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy grass and plants.

Requirements

At least 1 years experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate diggers and other heavy machinery safely. Familiarity with horticulture practices, irrigation systems, and gardening techniques is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on every project. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients alike.
