If you have a passion for hardware, excellent investigative skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you'll be a perfect fit for the team where you will deliver a high standard of installation to our customers.
The role will predominantly require travel throughout the UK with overnight stays for up to five days per week for our larger installs.
We offer a company vehicle, full training, competitive pay, and internal growth opportunities.
You will be enrolled on a skills matrix and will receive a pay rise as modules are completed. Once all are completed you will receive a total pay increase of approximately 7000.
Full drivers licence essential, minimum age 21 due to fleet insurance.
ECS Card (this training will be provided if you are not currently a card holder)
Key Responsibilities:
Installation:
Installing new access control systems and clock devices.
Maintenance:
Maintaining and servicing existing systems to ensure proper functionality.
Repair:
Troubleshooting and repairing faults.
Replacement:
Replacing faulty components or devices as needed.
Knowledge:
Possessing a strong understanding of different access control technologies and clocking systems.
Troubleshooting:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and precision.
Working:
Ability to work independently or with a team & manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional Responsibilities when working from the office
:
Testing and configuring hardware.
Assisting customer support in troubleshooting hardware related issues.

Devices that use cardsfobs for access control.
CardFob Clocking Systems:
Devices that use cardsfobs to record clocking data.

Locks that are secured by magnetic fields.
