Job Description

Ballinderry Hardware is a small, family run hardware store seeking an individual with flexibility for shifts.

This person will be responsible for day to day tasks such as:

Assisting customers with their purchases Offering some advice where applicable Restocking shelves Pricing items Working with the rest of the team to compile orders Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
Full training will be given on all aspects of the job although some general knowledge and interest in tools and DIY will be an advantage.

Applicants should be physically capable of lifting bags of coal, pet foods and cylinders of Gas to assist customers to their vehicle

Shifts:

Shifts will consist of evening and a weekend shifts, Mainly Friday evening and a Saturday Day shift. (Some week day shifts may be available as cover). The successful candidate should be somewhat flexible for holiday cover etc. shifts will be between 8:30am and 10pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
