experienced

Front of House member to lead our reception team and ensure a seamless client experience.

The Role:



Overseeing and managing

front-of-house operations

, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience

Supervising and supporting the team

, ensuring staff are organised and working efficiently Managing client enquiries and appointment bookings both in person and over the phone Promptly responding to emails and client requests Processing payments for services and retail products Handling daily cashing-up procedures and financial transactions

Assisting the salon floor

, ensuring appointments run on time and clients are well cared for Acting as a

point of contact

for both clients and stylists to ensure seamless service

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience

in a front-of-house, receptionist,

hospitality, or luxury service environment

Passion for delivering

exceptional

customer service Organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Fluent

in spoken and written English with a confident, polite telephone manner

Computer-literate

, with experience using booking systems (training provided)

Working Hours:



33 hours per week Must be available to work Saturdays & Sundays
