What's the Role?

  • Analyse current and historical data to forecast short, medium and long-term crop yields.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to align produce availability with customer requirements.
  • Oversee daily harvest operations, ensuring adherence to productivity targets and compliance standards.
  • Manage and inspire harvest teams to maintain high efficiency, speed, and quality.
What You Might Need:
  • Proven management experience in soft fruit farming, with a deep understanding of crop health and harvesting protocols.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively direct staff and liaise with line managers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with AI forecasting tools.
