Green Harvest is on the lookout for a dynamic, emotionally intelligent, and ambitious Team Leader to join our Ofsted-registered Children's Home in East Tilbury. This is more than just a job -- it's a fast-track opportunity to become a Deputy Manager (up to 42,120) within 6 months, backed by structured training, mentoring, and real leadership responsibilities from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:



Leading shifts and motivating your team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care. Supporting the Registered Manager in delivering outstanding outcomes for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Shaping individual care plans and risk assessments to ensure personalised, aspirational support. Building meaningful, safe relationships with young people, professionals, and families. What We're Looking For:



At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory role within a children's home. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential). A full UK driving licence (essential). A strong understanding of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations, and child development. A warm and resilient character who is committed to nurturing futures, not just managing behaviour.
