Job Description

We need a keen and experienced individual who is willing to work long hours to join our team for this years Harvest on a family owned arable 3000-acre estate in southwest Lincolnshire.

Ideally, we need someone to start on or around 7th July and be available until the middle of September.

The main roles includes; - grain carting, helping in the grain stores, mowing, rolling and secondary cultivations.

The ideal candidate will have experience and confidence from previous harvest work in reversing trailers into tight spaces and the ability to load on the move alongside our two John Deere Combines. A basic mechanical knowledge plus a Rough Terrain Forklift licence and the ability to use John Deere Greenstar would also be an advantage.

Excellent accommodation is provided to the successful candidate, which is a stone built traditional two bedroomed property with a separate kitchen and living room based at the main yard. All utilities, for example, Wi-fi, Electric, water etc are included in the package.

Applicants must have previous grain or silage carting experience along with attention to detail to ensure their work is done to a high and safe standard.

Pay: 12.25-18.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
