We are looking for experienced, high quality care staff who can work a range of shifts. A can-do attitude is essential for this role. A minimum of one year experience required for this role.
The shift patterns is 8pm-8am.
Hours per week: up to 36
We are looking for the following skill sets:
You're compassionate and committed with a desire to make a difference to those that you care for, in a positive and patient manner
Have a genuine interest in working with our client group
Ability to adapt your approach to the individual's needs and a willingness to learn
Good communication skills
Be able to work 12 hour night shifts that will include evenings, every other weekend and bank holidays.
Experience in Health and Social Care is required
Good team working skills
Care Certificate, Level 2 or more, or be willing to train
The Role
Ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our residents through their person-centered care plans to achieve and exceed potential
Promote the right values and attitudes towards people with behaviours described as challenging
Facilitating recreational activities of the residents choice
Liaise with families, friends, advocates, external agencies and the management team to provide a consistent approach that meets the individual needs of each resident
Complete records and documentation of progress, incidents and activities
Promote and uphold the privacy, rights, dignity, health and well-being of the individuals
