Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidate will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure the well-being of clients. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility Support with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as required Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary Help clients maintain a clean and safe living environment Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Follow individualised care plans tailored to each client's needs Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with the care team Drive clients to appointments or social activities when needed, ensuring safe transportation

Requirements

Valid driving licence and ability to drive clients safely Experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Ability to understand and follow care plans effectively Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support others Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour
