Ellesmere Port Salary: Up to 38,000
A highly regarded law firm in Ellesmere Port is seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair (HDR) Fee Earner to join their established litigation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a high-quality caseload and progress within a supportive firm.
The Role:
Managing your own caseload of housing disrepair claims from instruction to completion Drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements, and progressing matters through litigation Liaising with clients, experts, counsel, and third parties Working to deadlines, targets, and compliance standards
About You:
Previous experience handling HDR files is essential Strong knowledge of the litigation process Excellent organisational and client care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
