What You'll Be Doing:
Manage your own caseload of Housing Disrepair claims from pre-lit to litigation
Draft claim forms, particulars of claim, witness statements, and court bundles
Liaise with clients, experts, landlords, and opposing solicitors
Attend hearings and negotiate settlements where appropriate
Ensure compliance with court deadlines, CPR, and internal SLAs
Work collaboratively with the team to meet shared targets and uphold Rowan Rose's commitment to justice

What We're Looking For:
At least
12 months experience
in Housing Disrepair litigation (essential)
Strong knowledge of the
Civil Procedure Rules
and disrepair claim process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
A client-focused approach with empathy and integrity
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
Ambition to grow with the firm and contribute to team development
