Are you a creative and forward-thinking design professional with a passion for teaching? We're looking for a dynamic

HE Graphic Design Lecturer

to join our Higher Education team at University Campus Doncaster. You'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of designers on our BA (Hons) Graphic Design: Branding, Promotion and Digital Design programme, validated by the University of Hull.



About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to deliver innovative, industry-relevant teaching in branding, promotion, and digital design - with a particular focus on creative AI tools. You'll support both on-campus and online learners, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in wider academic and promotional activities.

Actual Salary: 13,328.03 - 17,375.50 per annum

Working hours: 15 hours a week (Monday & Tuesday)




Essential Criteria


We're looking for someone who brings both academic and industry insight. You must have:

A degree in Graphic Design or a related subject. Minimum Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy. Experience teaching or working in a Higher Education environment. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools (e.g. MidJourney, Runway, Krea). Excellent organisation, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging sessions in creative AI and digital design. Support students in developing original, ethical, and innovative work. Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and feedback. Participate in programme development, quality assurance, and student engagement. Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to align with industry trends.
